Laura is a recognised expert in careers, talent management and organisation effectiveness - specialising in career and organisational transitions. Through coaching and consulting, she works with individuals and businesses who know they want to reinvent their future, but need help figuring out how. She has a wealth of business experience, having held Director level positions in respected businesses across six different sectors – including Retail (John Lewis Partnership), Pharmaceuticals (GSK), Insurance (Aviva), Oil and Gas (Centrica), Defence (BAE Systems) and Luxury Goods (Burberry). Laura holds a Masters in Coaching and Mentoring Practice, a first degree in Psychology, and has conducted award-winning careers transition research. She is an APECS accredited Coach and a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. Her book Dancing with fear and confidence: How to liberate yourself and your career in mid-life was published in November 2020 to excellent reviews. She works globally, with current clients in the US, Europe and the Middle East. She lives on the Kent Coast with Rob and has two grown-up children. She is an amateur photographer, a reluctant house renovator and a keen walker.
