Laura helps mid-lifers to discover how their working lives can be better and more fulfilling. Mid-life is a pivotal time in our lives, brings unique challenges and the choices we make now can make all the difference. Mid-lifers often feel stuck, lost, overwhelmed or dissatisfied and say the chance to pause, take stock, and look forward with an unbiased, challenging supporter is massively helpful and liberating.
Through a blend of consulting, coaching, and presenting, Laura supports individuals and businesses to have better conversations about mid-life careers.

For 25 years, Laura led Talent, Learning and Development, and Organisation Effectiveness teams in respected businesses across six different sectors – including Retail (John Lewis Partnership), Pharmaceuticals (GSK), Insurance (Aviva), Oil and Gas (Centrica), Defence (BAE Systems) and Luxury Goods (Burberry).
As a coach, she is an unbiased, challenging supporter who creates a safe environment for individuals to discover and author the next chapter of their working lives.
